Part of the main project structure to secure a cross-functional platform between line organization, the project and other non-product development organizations. Engine knowledge, project management, communication skills and fast-paced focus shift has been a huge factor in this role in order to be able to juggle scope changes and coordination with parallel powertrain projects.Project PlannerResponsibility to manage the time plans for Powertrain projects. Highlighting risks, finding the critical path, managing deviations and follow-up on milestones is part of the daily work. As an addition to PLHW role this grants a complete overview of the complete project and allows for suggestions for improvement and how to execute each process in the best way. A project planner need to organized but flexible, communicative and solution driven to be able to give the best inputs for a successful project plan.
