Headed up the establishment of ancillary market verticals in the high end analytical services sector. Executed 5 acquisitions and 1 divestiture for EAG. Acquisitions of PTRL West (N California), PTRL Europe (Ulm, Germany) and Wildlife International (Easton, Maryland) established a new Environmental Fate, Chemistry and Ecotoxicology division (ChemEco division). Further enhanced this division with the acquisition of ABC Labs in 2015 (Columbia, MO) which offered expansion into the Life Sciences testing services sector. Another acquisition, SEAL Labs (S California) was a tuck-in for the Materials Characterization (MC) division adding metallurgical and destructive and non-destructive physical analyses. Assisted in rationalizing and assimilating a prior acquisition, Chemir, within the MC division. Also assisted with integrations, laboratory expansions in the US and Europe, recruiting, and interim executive management while recruiting a GM for the ChemEco division.Successful sale to Eurofins for $780MM.
