-- Organize to service each business division to maintain and improve overall logistics operations and cost efficiencies for DCs in South Vietnam- Liaise cross-functionally at all level within the divisions of the company, including communication with customers and external customer- Promote continues improvement including strategic reviews for the warehouse related functions utilizing quality process and participation in high performance - Trouble shoot and provide solutions for issues of a moderate to complex scope- Ensure proper compliance and adherence to all appropriate health and safety regulations and cleanliness requirements are followed both with regards for personnel and inventory safety- Responsible as logistic facilitator to ensure distribution process to meet customer requirements in a timely manner and with high quality. - Develops leadership team and provides daily oversight for all operational requirements for warehouse operational staffs; leads and develops hourly workforce teams in logistics department- Oversees warehousing risk for inventory management, product handling, and other services as required. Coordinates warehousing execution for divisional strategies, develop specific warehousing requirements based on strategic plans and customer expectations, designs the appropriate warehousing solution that incorporate logistics best practices- Attend and compile SOP package, Business Highlight Sales Flash Reporting, P&L LBE (Latest Best Estimate) and provide analysis of expenses- Assist in interpretation of operating results as they affect the financial position of the Company against relevant benchmarks in appropriate, and make specific recommendations to management, which will result in a performance correction- Oversee Logistics operation to make sure efficient and adequate sales forecast publication and avoid out-of-stock issues
