Project Outcome: The E&I scope from project will be delivered to customer ontime, with committed quality and defined cost.4. Deliverables: The fertilizer plant which produced 1000 tons/day had all electrical & instrumentation (E&I) including cable routing; devices install; and sucessfully testing.5. Description:- INITIATING: Identified relevant stakeholders - Got to know all sub-contractor key team member; Had meeting with project key stakeholders, got expectations; Obtained project charter approval- PLAN:Collected requirements; Defined activities; Prepared project schedule; Defined project scope & team members; Evaluated the construction plan/construction method/man-power mobilization plan and safety plan; Assisted to develop the project timeline, budget, personnel, quality and procurement management plan; Obtained project plan approval - EXE:Executed the task/activities according to the project plan; Reviewed the signed contract and timeline; Managed changes to scope, schedule and cost; Implemented approved changes & actions to minimize the impact; Ensured deliverables conform to quality standards; Performed the final inspection for each tasks; Reviewed the claim payment from the sub-contractor.- MONITORING & CONTROLLINGMonitored the bulk material/contruction material; Monitored & controlled risks, then reported to project manager or escalated to management; Reviewed weekly achivement - CLOSINGHanded-over to the Owner for every completed tasks; Got the final acceptance for each completed task; Performed training; Prepared and handed-over the final document
