Imis Consultant
CurrentThe purpose of this position is to provide iMIS – an engagement management system and general Web or Database based consultancy services to Zephyr’s clients, through:• Identifies and communicates with users to formulate system requirements• Review and evaluate existing systems, and design and modify systems to meet users' business needs• Taking responsibility for developing and deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting, and implementing iMIS and Web based systems• Developing project plans and creating user documentation, and conducting formal training classes• Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour • Testing, diagnosing and resolving functionality errors and faults in systems, and programming code to ensure systems perform to specification• Providing technical advice to resolve specific problems on client sites or to proactively manage their iMIS and Web based systemsThe consultant will utilise their skills to deliver product solutions for clients that enable them to increase their organisations performance.
