- Report to ICT Director.- Incharge all IT Network & System for Viet Nam(8 factories, 10 depots), India(01 factory).- Operation support 1500 Users.- Monitor use, capacity. and performance of network systems.- Make recommendations for changes and may implement agreed enhancements.- Ensures installation, implementation & Monitoring of new equipment/software as required.- Ensure required high availability of IT servers system- Ensure effective support is in place for all aspects of the server system.- Ensure incident management protocols and process are effectively and consistently followed.- Ensure service levels agreement(SLA) are aligned to business objectives- Ensure required team performance within this IT system area- Ensure effective support toward high quality on time completion of all IT system projects- Ensure IT Assets are recorder, protected and refreshed to deliver the agreed SLA- Coordinates support, providing hands-on support where necessary.- Coordinate and manage team resource allocation to facilitate optimal delivery service..- Maintains effective security/backup and disaster recovery processes and system- maintains effective relationships with external suppliers to ensue appropriate levels of support.- prepare input, report for head of Hardware division, ICT Director and business unit management.- prepare ad-hoc advice for head of hardware division & ICT Director.- work efficient and effective.- Perform other related duty as required.

Network Controller & System Administrator:- In charge of IT Infrastructure at Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi and Hai Phong (office & all counters)- Develop & implement IT Policy & Procedure at Shiseido Vietnam.- Upgrade, configure and maintenance email system : Microsoft exchange online, M-Daemon email offline, VDC Email Enterprise.- Build Cisco System: Firewall ASA5505, Firewall ASA5525, Core Switch 3850, Access Switch 2960.- Develop & migrate Workgroup to Domain environment- Server Management : IBM, HP- IT Equipments : Laptop, PC, Printers, Photocopy, Projector, Modem, Wifi, Tablet and Accessories.- Barcode devices : SATO- IT trouble shooting, System LAN, WAN, VPN, User support.- IT budget planning & Annual IT budget management- PBX analog: TDA100, TX824- Setup PC for all staffs when required- Setup PC and POS (Point of Sale System) Application for shop.- Record executing processes after project has been finished/go-live.- Interact and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, distributors and contract consultants.
