- Managing a brand team of 6 key brands.- Managing Marketing/Brand Management activities of the group of brands to achieve the common business goals of the charge lines (Infant milk, Adult milk, Bird’s nest).- Building brand positioning for new products and ensuring all brand activities align with the brand positioning.- Planning, building, developing, and organizing the implementation of the brand's marketing plans according to the company's general business goals based on continuous analysis and evaluation of the brand, market, and consumer psychology.- Supporting the Marketing Director & BoD in identifying and implementing the brand's short-term and long-term marketing strategies in line with the company's overall business strategy.- Proposing, planning, implementing and evaluating Marketing programs & activities and evaluate the result of marketing programs in the quarter/year of each brand in charge, ensuring that according to the overall development strategy set and achieve the category goals.- Main responsibility for building and developing new products and new packaging.- Closely monitoring the sales situation and forecast the output of the category.- Managing and controlling the marketing budget properly and effectively within the approved budget.- Managing advertising service companies, suppliers to ensure the results according to commitment and cost-effectiveness.

- Being responsible for biggest brand - STAFF.- Managing communication activities of strategic brands (STAFF - Confectionery & ASHIMI - Sauce).- Building and managing action plans/ marketing calendar to ensure the brand objectives and consumer engagement activities are achieved.- Handling communication between agencies and other inter-departmental functions to ensure the cycle plan is effectively executed and brand programs are effectively implemented in the field force.- Analyzing market research data to understand Brand issues, customer’s need and market trends & opportunities.- Building, managing & optimizing brand development budget & expenses.

- Building and implementing marketing research for launching new products.- Analyzing information about competitors's products.- Building and Investigating Trade promotions.- Planning and managing Merchandise Programs, POSM and improving effective in-store communications to increase sell-out.

- Taking part in marketing plans for promoting Opening-day event launches. - Supporting and developing marketing online plans (including managing and handling the content of company’s fanpage and website).- Researching the market with Customer Service office.- Assisting administration office with logistics on being required.
