 Development of brand architecture and strategies based on business goals and an understanding of consumer needs segmentation and competitive landscape. Management of brand by leading the brand values and awareness team. Managing coordination of Creative Agencies, Production companies etc. Developing innovative marketing campaigns fueled by strong consumer insights and fresh ideas which can be communicated through a range of traditional and non-traditional media vehicles, including grassroots, influencer, PR, and social media/digital. Setting marketing services, development of creative briefs, manage project timelines and serve as liaison with creative agency. Controlling costs in-line with department objectives and business plans. Management of media production budget, control the production of marketing materials, including TV and radio commercials, leaflets, posters and flyers.  Developing annual brand plans in partnership with the other units within the Marketing Communications Department.  Review analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, category, customer and consumer trends to enhance the brand’s equity and marketplace performance. Responsible from the brand of the company & planning all communication according to the brand book Control completing the overall process in the defined timeline accurately & keeping the expenses in Production Budget  Control the creative work on all communication materials till the launch Organizes and controls realization of the advertisement campaigns.
