Responsible for all aspects of recruitment Programs:• Partnering with managers from departments to deeply understand their needs to identify the right candidates.• Making recruitment plan from fresher/junior to senior/managerial, with the diversified IT vacancies (Developer, Tester, …) so on.• Using different sourcing platforms (websites, social as FB, Linkedin, Job fairs,)• Directly interviewing candidates with department leaders and making assessment, offering the qualified ones.• Maintaining candidates' database and developing diverse pipelines of candidates in accordance with business line needs.

• Mass recruiting for Operations Department and Back Office.• Did Responsible for the direct recruitment from Manager to Executive in Technical staff, Sales, MKT, Customer Service, HR, Accounts Department.• Received recruitment proposals from departments. Maintained optimal staffing levels and initiated recruitment.• Developed recruitment channel, implemented recruitment communication through channels.• Consulted with the heads to organize exchange programs.• Attended job fairs, visited college campuses, and organized talk show programs in universities to source new
