• As a member of the Online Payment Team, my role involves ensuring seamless payment processes, optimizing transaction efficiency, and supporting merchants in their financial operations. With a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction, I contribute to creating a smooth and secure payment experience for our clients.• I help build and maintain monitoring systems for Disbursement and manage reconciliation of disbursement data with merchants, identifying issues quickly to keep our operations smooth and secure, I also work on developing and optimizing our products to enhance user experience and reduce costs.• I also develop Mini Apps to showcase merchant services on Zalopay, enhancing visibility and engagement.
