Performing on position of Head of Purchasing with key task to ensure stable and controllable pool of suppliers and material flow for production activities at several locations. Key areas of responsibility:• Supplier and commodity management• Material management• Transportation management and custom clearenceMost interesting tasks:Managing supplier assessment, auditing and selection processRunning supplier negotiations and managing LTAs, contracts, rebate agreementsCreation of annual purchase plan, including category analysis and trend estimationMonitoring suppliers’ Quality/Cost/Delivery performance Collaborate with Quality dep. to provide suppliers with feedback regarding performance metrics. Developing supplier base in China/Taiwan in order to secure company’s long term competitivenessMonitoring inbound material deliveries (forecasts, scheduling agreements, weekly call offs)Managing overall inventory levels of raw materials. Working on optimization of frequency of deliveries, lead times, and vendor delivery performance.

Responsible for Cooper Standard Serbia purchasing operations in following areas:Direct materialsCapex & tooling Services & contract management Indirect materials

Responsible for various activities within supply chain system. Main tasks:• Manage raw material levels to optimize inventories, secure material availability and minimize obsolescence• Review system generated demand and PO’s• Ensure delivery confirmations are received from suppliers and immediate escalation in case of any potential late deliveries• Review and modify MRP planning values to optimize material planning• Create statistical reports for material planning, management, relevant departments and external suppliers
