CurrentAs an HR Analyst in IFAD, I specialize in talent management, organizational development, and change management within international organizations. I bring a strong focus on HR best practices, client outreach, and policy implementation. My role involves both routine and complex HR responsibilities, where I contribute to enhancing the workforce's performance and development through strategic HR initiatives and supporting senior management with effective and data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:• Talent Management: Lead the implementation of talent management initiatives, including mobility, reassignment, and merit-based promotion exercises, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.• Organizational Development: Serve as the HR focal point for dynamic workforce planning, coordinating position data management, and maintaining up-to-date organizational charts.• Client Outreach: Provide expert HR advice, guidance, and support to managers and staff, facilitating clear communication of policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment.• Change Management: Act as an advocate for change, promoting new methods of work and technology adoption, and driving acceptance of strategic HR changes.• HR Policy Development: Contribute to the continuous review and improvement of HR policies, using insights from reassignment exercises and organizational needs.• Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge building and sharing across HR units, including conducting workshops and webinars to enhance staff development and career transition.• Managerial Accountability: Uphold integrity, transparency, and equity in the use of organizational resources, ensuring ethical management practices and decision-making.• Analytics: provide key insight and quantitative data analysis for the workforce, supporting HR and senior management with strategic workforce planning, succession planning, internal mobility, and other strategic initiatives.
