• Develop product designs to meet customers’ needs while maintaining market competitiveness.• Responsible for product documents in accordance with the new Law.• In charge of product submission for MOF.• Manage projects, cooperate with the cross-functional teams to develop and test system, ready for product launching.• Cooperate with Branding/Marketing team to develop product marketing materials and to promote new products.• In charge of product training materials, implement the first training to trainers.• Conduct market research to identify areas for improvements and new ideas for developing new products.• Conduct post-launch reports, propose and implement enhancements.• Cooperate with Partnership Distribution on implementing, training, launching products via partners.• Work with Reinsurers to develop the best product design with reasonable premium rate.• Prepare for Product Committee Meeting.• Conduct market product research and comparison, provide solutions for handling.• Conduct Market sales report and Product performance report.

• Responsible for managing product solutions and execution team, ensuring the products are delivered successfully to users.• Develop communication plans in line with the product orientation.• Suggest, align, manage resource allocation and conclude the effectiveness of campaigns.• Work directly with partners, associations, state agencies to implement and supervise marketing campaigns (Event, Social media, POSM, Workshop, Webinar, Sponsor, …).• Track and manage projects, ensure all items to be done on-time.• Conduct market research to identify areas for improvements.• Analyze consumer data to assess new behaviors and orientations for campaigns.• Maintain and develop the relation with related partners.• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for compliance of strict internal process for documentations.

• Execute event campaign activities (POSMs, site check, buying, logistics, onsite, …).• Communicate with clients and third parties on a daily basis.• Brainstorm and develop strategic ideas.• Create proposal and present to clients.• Organize events, handle complaints and negotiations.
