The underlying idea of my projects is elucidating regulation of androgen receptor-mediated signaling in prostate cancer by mechanisms of transcription factor collaboration and transrepression. The particular interest of my research lies in elucidating roles of serum response factor, a mitogenic transcription factor, as a collaborative mediator in AR-regulated signaling. The possible mechanism of glucocorticoid receptor's transrepression of AR has been as well a target of my investigations. Chromatin immunoprecipitation, qPCR, RT qPCR, protein immunoprecipitationcell culture, western blotting, siRNA transfection, lentiviral transduction of mammalian cells.

My work activities included measuring plasma concentration of fibrin clots breakdown products - soluble fibrin and D-dimer with the usage of sandwich ELISA.
