* Planning, managing, and executing audits, to effectively assess the internal control environment* Develop recommendations and reports based on audits and presenting these ideas to senior management* Applying a systematic, risk-focused, disciplined, and balanced approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, internal controls, risk management and governance processes.

• Preparation of semiannual and annual consolidated and standalone financial reports as well as timely and proper disclosure notes• Organizing external audits, interaction with external auditors on semiannual and annual basis• Ensure sustainable and effective communications with external auditors, Group Companies, their finance staffs and other third parties• Investigation of current and new International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) identifying impacts and suggesting relevant proposals• Support with ad-hoc projects and other management tasks as necessary• Improvement of reporting and analysis (automation, simplification, deepening, etc.)• Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager

* Ensuring successful completion of assigned audit engagements (Planning, testing, reporting); * Preparation of special purpose or IFRS financial statements * Preparation and reporting of management representation letter; * Assessment of control deficiencies and preparation of control deficiencies report; * Effective communication within the audit team and to the manager and partner of engagement; * Keeping a good communication with clients and developing the business relationships.
