Working independently means working with my primary focus being the focused on doing what is best for the businesses and the clients I work for. It means creating the right solutions with right partners that will best serve their needs.My intent is to first of all learn about my client’s situation and find out what is important to them and what their objectives both in the short as well as in the long term. If we discover any constraints my objective is to give them options that they understand and that they see how it helps them feel good about the solutions we create. If they have opportunities, we want to first of all protect those opportunities and them maximize them, while minimizing the risk of sun-optimization. After simplifying as much as possible what may at first seem complicated, we establish the objectives the client is aiming for. Having established the guidelines, we then work at implementing a plan and have certain targets we aim for and meet periodically, as necessary to fine tune the course correction so the client is always fully aware of the course being taken and is also in full control of the direction they want to take. Having created such a close connection the client is always fully engaged and in the know of how their plan is going.
