1. Check, verify tender documents, and drawings for compliance with project specifications and deliverables prior to the implementation. 2. Attend to site meetings to check quality, design conformance and progress of the project.3.Investigate issues on variation orders in order to determine the new scope of work on the ongoing projects.4. Interact with clients, vendors, consultants, contractors, provincial officials and all other stakeholders to solve all bottlenecks on the project. 5. Process payment certificates for all work done in the project.6.Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for records and measure projects progress. 7. Attend meetings for information and reporting purposes.
