Managing of external service providers (consultants) who assist companies in developing WSP/ATR/ Pivotal Plans.Coordination of all Statutory due dates for processes related to the managing of the Skills Development documentation across the sector in the region.Oversee the process of approving all submitted WSP/ATR/PIVOTAL Plans s as soon as they meet all the requirements.Conducting of Marketing and advocacy of all Skills Development initiatives in a form of road shows, exhibitions and other awareness campaigns about Skills Development Projects that are currently taking place in the retail sector.Conduct advocacy around current policies among others new grant regulations that are governing Skills Development in the retail sector. Manage and Implement policies and procedures in the Skills Development landscape. Develop and control the budget related to the scope of the Skills Development projects in the retail sectorManage and maintain a high level of customer service and stakeholder relationships and capacity building across the region.Report the status of all Skills Development Projects to the Senior Management.
