Strategic:- Liaise with HR THACO Holdings to define HR strategic plans and initiatives.- Development and improvement of HR process, policies and procedures within the division.- Build and implement effective talent reviews/identification, and succession planning.Recruitment:- Built headcount planning for the division.- Directly recruit positions for executive & management level.- Research, recommend and implement HR related policies, procedures in consistent with organizational and business strategies within the division.Training:- Identify training requirement and work together with Training Manager to propose and conduct training plans for the division.Employee relations:- Act as a key HR contact point for division and responsible for resolving all HR related issues in accordance to HR policies.- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and process and responsible for resolving compliance/ employee relations issues within division.Analytics:- Responsible for submitting monthly reports as and when required by HR Director.- Produce HR analytical report when requested.
