2011 is the year that i made my first steps as (Assistant) Project Leader within the "Versnellen Aansluiten" program of Achmea.As Project leader i completed the project ¨Company Code Independent booking in SAP CD´. Running my own project or being in between the project management, the specialists (consultants), the customer and the line organisation is what suits my ambitions.As Assistent project manager in 11 other projects i worked as and with the PMO (Project Management Organisation) supporting the projects. For example setting up structures for reporting, central document storage and quality improvement within the projects.I helped to implement SENS in the projects. This is a way of working based on the "Lean method" for optimalisation of the work proces and cutting away "Waist" within the project and line organisation.

In 2010 I've developed myself as a Proces Manager. Setting up and controling the processes within the Financial Reporting department and for other departments within the SAP CC. This with communication with our internal customers.While replacing the Service Delivery Manager for a few weeks i know that this is the direction i want to grow in.Related processes:- Configuration Coordinator HP Service desk (HPSD)- Authorisations (IDM, IDentity Management)Related SAP processes are:- Incident (With HPSD)- Problem (With HPSD)- Change (With HPSD)- TransportBecause of a coleague that left i did also manage and improve the e-learning program UPK (before named as On demand)I had the 2nd course of the Consulting Academy where i increased my soft- and influencing skills. I worked as incident coördinator with HPSD (HP Service Desk) for setting up the procedures and standards and coordinating + solving the incidents of SAP FICO within the Financial Reporting part of the SAP Competence Center of Achmea.Also related were parts of the Change and Problem proceses within the SAP CC department.Also i did an investigation to the use of the SAP Closing Cockpit and a change in the Saldo Transport with year and closings.

Starting at Achmea with a SAP FI course with official certification exam that i passed in JulyAs SAP specialist i was the chain between development and the internal customer for implementing SAP at all the right places.In 2008 (untill October) i worked at a leading project "ZeZa", as first in the world we are implementing FS-PM with SAP in such a big environment. Result is a system for selling an insurrance policy specialized for small business.In 2008 (October) until 2009 (April) i worked at a project to make 1 General Ledger from all the different programs / administrations that are used in Achmea. I did set up a 1st line helpdesk, and later i switched to the 2nd line for getting deeper knowledge as SAP specialist.

As cost controler i was controling the projects with the Costs, the hours and the plannings. Every month a review with the top management how the projects are running.Also worked 3 months as management backup at Ford in Cologne, Germany.
