Since 2000 I have been leading major change programs focussed on performance improvement.As people development is at the core of my work, I like to “stand by people”, sharing and transferring my knowledge. By building on the know-how of the employees with my expertise we reach results neither one could have accomplished alone. This method ensures the ownership of the approach as well as the sustainability of the results. At the same time I train and coach the employees to leave behind the capability to replicate similar efforts in the future.The memories that still make me glow and smile are the moments where the employees stand up in front, presenting the progress of their projects. At that moment I can leave knowing that it is not just a brief intervention soon to be forgotten, yet a new path chosen by the employees who are willing to continue to use the methods we installed together.I am continuously looking for opportunities to grow so that I can bring the best of myself to the table.
