Prior to assuming responsibilities of Chief Fulfillment Officer, I was the heading the ‘Integration Management Office (IMO) and a core member of our Executive Team. The IMO is responsible to lead the Organization's efforts to integrate clients, people, platforms and technologies across all acquired/merged companies. The IMO is critical to the success of Sterling Talent Solution’s aggressive and active inorganic growth strategy. Key focus in this role is to exceed targeted internal rate of returns to create greater market share and enterprise value. This is accomplished through validation of pro forma valuations, 12 to 24-month budget development, development of transition methodology across all functional areas and overall onsite management of target through transition period. Transition period goals include achieving all budgeted synergies while improving the customer experience and assimilating target into Sterling's culture. Key activities include but are not limited to execution of TSA, CRM alignment, branding consolidation, unification of the sales teams, operations process optimization including off shore development and automation, financial systems alignment, platform sun setting, rolling out an enhanced client treatment strategy and capitalizing on organizational “gems”.

I was part of the Global Executive Team & Head of Global Service Delivery for all business lines. The 2000 people strong global service delivery team was spread across 5 countries & 10 offices. The team was responsible to ensure that Sterling Talent Solutions delivered background checks that were defect-free, on time and serviced in an operationally efficient manner.Over the last 5 years, I have been involved in various strategic initiatives focused on M&A and transitioning of large business units across multiple geographies, delivery platforms & technologies. In addition, I have launched and acted as business sponsor on several operational excellence projects that are based on the application of Lean Six Sigma principles. I have founded various delivery centers across India and Philippines from conceptualization & design to execution on-time and on-budget.In this role, I was also acting as the Business Partner to my Executive peers in Technology & Products for conceptualizing, designing and delivering enhancements & innovations to our products and platforms that drive increased revenue per employee & make the delivery more agile to meet the needs of a changing compliance landscape.

Prior to my role as EVP-Global Operations, I was the founder member of Sterling Talent Solution's business center in India & Philippines as CEO - Sterling India. The role required me to establish Sterling's business center in India & Manila, which have grown year over year and become a strategic part of Sterling's global delivery model. The centers are key to the global delivery model with functions like voice-based Verifications, Criminal background research, order entry, client services, business relationship management, customer implementation, software development, business analytics and back-office support. With the application of Lean Six Sigma principles in our processes, the center has focused on delivering background checks back to Sterling's customers on-time, defect free an in an operationally efficient manner. The business center has received and successfully maintained the ISO 9001:2008 certification over the years.

Hilton Organic Chemicals was one Asia's leading manufacturer and exporter in dye-intermidates. My role was to apply JIT practices in procurement across the 6 different manufcaturing locations and lead Company's Export activities in European and South-East Asian markets. At Hilton, I overhauled company's MIS practices and merged Purchasing & Material Management for reducing Lead times and Inventory levels, directly boosting the bottom line.
