Using different CMS (Drupal, Wordpress, Contentful, bespoke systems) and HTML to plan, maintain and update several websites and digital channels on an ongoing basis; Planning and development of new organisation websites and campaign websites;Use of Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, Hotjar etc. to iteratively improve user journeys;Use of Hemingway and other tools to check readability scores and reading ages;Improving and applying style guides and brand guidelines;Acted as proof-reader and editor on learning website Learn My Way site;Line management of Communications Officer.

Voluntary role begun while on Maternity Leave. Collating, editing and proof-reading content submitted by members of the Flourish community; publishing final content on the website. The content focussed on mental health issues, sometimes of a sensitive nature.
