I manage the HathiTrust User Support team, which consists of individuals from many different member institutions that help answer questions, and work with corrections contacts at our member institutions to correct errors in the catalog records and digital scans in the HathiTrust collection. • Assisted in conceptualizing and building the archive from the ground up in 2008.
• Directly hire, train and supervise student workers, manage hiring budget, and schedule the service desk.
