I manage the HathiTrust User Support team, which consists of individuals from many different member institutions that help answer questions, and work with corrections contacts at our member institutions to correct errors in the catalog records and digital scans in the HathiTrust collection. • Assisted in conceptualizing and building the archive from the ground up in 2008.• Directly hire, train and supervise student workers, manage hiring budget, and schedule the service desk.• Work directly with professors to help design class sessions and provide educational materials related to the game archive.• Design research guides and other materials to assist with instruction and research.• Coach library users in resolving their research and information needs, and teach them research strategies.• Use social media to connect archive users with current events, papers and related research.• Answer reference questions at the AAEL reference desk and via chat and email.• Market to several student organizations, professors and community groups.• Gather usage statistics for the archive, and create spreadsheets to display them in various ways.• Collect and analyze feedback from researchers and casual archive users, via surveys and other tools, to improve services.

Developed strong relationships with professors while providing electronic materials for their course websites, and provided troubleshooting for any problems.• Worked closely with circulation staff to process an often high volume of course reserves requests for electronic and physical reserves.• Cataloged materials belonging to professors to be placed on course reserve.• Supervised student workers at the circulation desk. • Created and organized spreadsheets and databases for keeping statistics on several of the circulatory aspects of the library. • Redesigned and maintained online procedural manual for the circulation department using Filemaker Pro, and helped design a handbook for new staff members.
