Contact Center

Took incoming phone calls to register patients, schedule appointments, and provide medical information. Complied with HIPAA regulations at all times. Coordinated with the Project Management, Training, and Clinic Onboarding teams for special projects and development. Other duties and projects as assigned.

Manage Booth Team through scheduling, daily tasks, meetings, oversight, and coordination with the Management Team with respect to hiring, discipline and termination of booth personnel; Train new and existing Booth members in a consistent fashion in all aspects of projection and film work; Coordinate with Management Team to ensure company standards, Film Experience standards and budgetary concerns are met and upheld; Ensure accurate bookings, content and keys for all features, screenings, festivals, rentals and NCM events; Liaison with local studio representative, Film Festivals and outside companies to provide them with worry-free events; Coordinate with AMC Tech to maintain booth equipment and supplies for a Picture Perfect presentation; Monitor and manage all systems and procedures, ensuring booth personnel satisfy all company standards

I began work with AMC Theatres at the Film Crew level cleaning theatres and scooping popcorn. From there I stepped up the ladder of promotion to Film Crew Lead, Operations Coordinator, and finally GuestFirst Manager within my first 18 months of tenure. My job duties included everything from cleaning theatres, performing new hire training, projection and film work, floor management, employee and show scheduling, customer service, inventory control and ordering, special presentation coordination, cash control and management, recruitment and interviewing, and much more.

This position was attached to the Recruiting Team within the HR Department and I was the first smiling face you saw when you visiting the corporate headquarters. I answered phones, performed various administration and receptionist duties, in addition to backing up the Recruiting Team, HR Department and general office. The multitude of tasks I performed keptp me busy all day long and made my position integral to the effecient and smooth running of the office.
