As the Vice President (Owner/Operator) of Beaufine Incorporated, I provide consulting services to clients ranging from a private SaaS company to Sun Life Financial and Bond Brand Loyalty.Some of my notable achievements include pioneering digital adoption as a corporate bonusable metric at Sun Life Canada, increasing mobile app engagement at Rogers from less than 20% to over 80% monthly resulting in $35M+ annual savings, and spearheading a $1B acquisition at JP Morgan Chase. I have also launched successful loyalty programs and partnerships that drove customer satisfaction and substantial revenue increases. I hold an MBA from the University of Toronto, a Chartered Marketer Designation from the Canadian Marketing Association, and a Chartered Professional Accountant Designation from the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.
