Education fascinates me with its boundless potential to create changes – by building knowledge, skills, and values, but also shaping perspectives and behaviours for better. My journey in Psychology has deepened this passion, driving me to create meaningful societal contributions through education. To explore my interest, I’ve immersed in different educational project. During my minor group project, I developed a teachers’ training on neurodivergence, thus helping me to develop my research skills while gaining hands-on experience in creating educational materials and designing classroom activities. This project solidifies my interest in using instructional design to empower learners, helping them to reach their full potential.I am excited to pursue a career in Learning & Development, where I can combine instructional designs principles with creative learning methods and ground-breaking technology to build impactful training programmes.
