-Developing and executing business plans of the team under management (4 UM-Pre-team leader and 11 PL-financial planner) weekly/monthly/quarterly following the business strategy orientation of PruVenture.-Responsibilities of leading and developing sales for UM and PL in line with the planned development roadmap, ensuring the completion of the set goals for the PruVenture program.-Support, training to develop sales skills, nurture potential customers and build a sales team for UM and PL under management.-Supervising the consulting and delivery activities of the team to ensure compliance with the procedures and regulations of Prudential Vietnam Company Building seminars, General Sales Events of the Channel and directly organizing and managing teams to participate in joint activities to increase sales Join Project teams to build capacity development programs for PruVenture's Consultants team, as well as channel-wide business activities to develop Potential Customers and Revenue Searching for potential candidates for PruVenture program, recruiting to develop human resources for the team and the whole distribution.

- Market researching, survey oolong plants area and producing capacity of another existing factory to calculate investing- Searching location, Negotiating with land owner and ground surveying for factory construction- Listing producting machines, searching providers and excuting equipment procurement- Negotiating and signing contracts with construction contractors, supervisor and accepting after contruction- Employee recruiting, building production process of the factory- Looking for input materials provider/farmer for production as well as purchasing finished products of the factory- Applying for construction permitment, fire safety production document and other required licenses for factory operation

- Be responsible for Infrastructure department and Access department, directly manage Enterprises Technical Support department of Technical Center.- Take the main responsibility of building the work’s plan of Technical Center in 2017, 2018 and consult on developing a long-term plan of the company until 2020.- Be mainly responsible for restructuring Technical Center of Danang Branch in 2017.- Manage the project swapping the main colocation of Danang branch to new location, include of power suppliers, network equipments, data servers, physical supporting systems .etc. and infrastructure cable- Ensure all services providing system of company at Danang city and Khanh Hoa province work stable 24/7, and be responsible for quality of services provision to customers.- Research and provide solutions for all abnormal technical issue, develop new technology applying to improve the quality services and customer’s satisfaction.- Managing the Enterprises Technical Support department, including Presale staffs.- Mainly responsible for the quality of Enterprise customer’s services, directly monitoring and cordinating network operating engineers whom establish solution and services providing system to customer- Be responsible evaluating presale’s solution for new enterprise customers, consulting to improve proposed product and approving completed solution before offering services and solution to customer- Directly consulting and design solution for important and big potential enterprise customer

- Establish the company, register trademarks, complete all document of government’s requirement.- Participate in the planning of 5 years business plan of Packo Hostel.- Seek investors, raise fund for the project of Packo in Danang.- Evaluate and choose the architecture, contractor for Packo Hostel Danang.- Supervise all construction categories, implement contractor settlement after finish building Danang Branch.- Engage in the constructing the organizational structure, resist responsibility of operation of Packo Hostel Danang.- Monitor, manage and resolve all technical, network and electric issues of Danang Branch.

April 2014 – May 2015: Director of Technical Center- Be responsible for all performance of Technical Center.- Conduct research and make recommendations on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts. - Perform cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions. - Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization’s executives, decision-makers, stakeholders, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent network activities.- Manage operational costs; conduct near- and long-term financial forecasts for expanded functionality/user base.- Engaged with the constructing the organizational structure technical center, forecast yearly staffing plan according to the business plan of the company.- Report weekly and monthly working quality of the Technical Center to Board of Directors.October 2011– April 2014: Technical Infrastructure ManagerFebruary 2011 – October 2011: Technical Expert
