This job bring me a lot of opportunity for upgrading myself. For an example supervising and manage all the staff during the shift in order to make sure that the job were carried out smoothly. Furthermore, guest satisfaction is one of the most important target of my team. For that reason, I usually conduct the training course for new-comer and also the senior staff as well for maintaining the quality of our service. Beside, I'm able to handle any emergency incident with customer or handling customer complaints.
