Recruitment (60%)- Conduct recruitment process for trainee and full-time employee (searching, phone screening, interviewing and test set up)- Manage job post and job-ads on career site and other channels- Attract, develop the candidate pool and build pipeline- Handle the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pool Employer Branding (30%) - Organize campus activities such as Open House, Career Fair, Company Competition, etc.(3 job fairs, 5 Open House, Nielsen Case Competition with 134 teams)Others (10%)- Work on the internal Human Resource communications- Support for internal events and trainings
