- Plan and Facilitate Tutorials for modules: Gender and Diversity Studies, Social Inequality, Social Inclusion and Integration and Organization Development (activities: brainstorming and discussion panels).- Organize mentoring sessions for fellow students on time management, study planning and research skills.- 1 on 1 mentoring session for fellow students.

Assistant to Prof. Dr. Maria Mayerchyk and Prof. Dr. Ingrid Jungwirth- Organize database of learning materials (academic papers, books, videos, etc.)- Organize study groups, assign learning topics and advice student on choosing and planning learning topics.- Facilitate Seminars and Discussion Panels

- Contribute ideas for the VietPride and "Toi Dong Y" Project (a advocating project for same-sex marriage legalisation in Vietnam).- On-site coordinate in events of ICS Center.

- Conduct personality tests and ask guiding questions to help students identify theirdesired career path.- Coach students on how to research and choose the most suitable extracurricular activities.- Coordinate with the College Admission Counsellor to support each student in completingextracurricular activities.- Guide students to complete a capstone project related to their chosen extracurricularactivities.- Manage students’ deadlines, progress and discipline during the application process.

STUDENT SERVICES:- Routine update parents about students’ performance.- Contact parents to inform the cancellation/schedule change of classes.- Follow up with teachers to understand students’ progress.- Respond to / Receive students’ requests/concerns: defer, refund, issue statement of the study, attendance.- Deal with students/parents’ requests/concerns. Produce deferment/refund reports for the finance department.- Handle students/parents’ requests/concerns and student complaints.- Collaborate with Sales, Academic, Admin, and Marketing departments to organize student activities.- Support students struggling in class and teachers with students’ behavioral or academic issues.RE-ENROLLMENT SALES:- Communicate with parents to get confirmation of re-enrollment registration of existing students.- Follow up with absent, delayed, and deferred students.- Follow up with parents to remind them to meet the tuition payment deadline.- Coordinate with other departments to prepare for the new term.

- Coordinate to plan and execute internal events that support the company's mission, purpose, and values.- Be a culture carrier: get company staff invested in and contributing to E2 Culture.- Coordinate Learning Center (LC)-level initiatives, events, and bonding projects.- Plan, conduct, and analyze employee surveys, advise CM, AM, and The Other Guys on overall E2 Culture and LC Mini Culture initiatives.- Collaborate as a team with other Culture Ambassadors to make sure we carry out, maintain and enhance E2 Culture with the same core values and patterns.

Asia Pacific Youth Exchange is a training and cultural exchange program for youth from across Asia. We organized a 2-week program, including training sessions (Business Model Canvas, Entrepreneurship, UN SGDs, etc.) and local excursions. The results bring out potential projects to propose ideas for any problems that delegates observed during their local excursions, using the knowledge and skills learned through the training.- Co-Founder of the first APYE Exchange Program in Vietnam- Design Recruiting Plan- Conduct training on CV Screening and Interviewing for 6 team members to recruit delegates for the program- Research and Manage logistics suppliers (Accomodation, Transportations, Venues for Events)
