- Create and maintain fresh and regularly updated content for different employment media platforms such as social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok,...), and recruitment websites, while incorporating strategic planning for brand representation- Develop weekly/monthly recruitment content plans to increase brand awareness and engagement- Directly engage with relevant departments to craft innovative content for plans- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to drive strategies for attracting, engaging, and onboarding potential employees- Collaborate with relevant parties to develop and promote employee engagement programs (e.g., YEP, team building, Tet Holiday celebrations, etc.)- Process, analyze data, and do reports as needed
