At Adachi Disability Services, I operated on behalf of the company’s client activities andinvestigated incidents and case notes that involved clients. I handled calls at the front desk andcommunicated with staff and support workers. I assisted the Client Service Coordinators with taskssuch as reports and I gained more experience with becoming a Coordinator, I was able to fulfil therole and can-do tasks the role offered.

At Beyond Era; I have many roles as I am in the committee for the dance crew. I look at statistics and analysis data for all of our content to see how we could progress in our audience/content. I do many other tasks such as creating the social media posts/videos, promotions in the social media platforms, and record dance videos with media equipment.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the company. I assisted customers with payments and informed information about products that the company offered. I learnt how to use the advanced technology of their self-checkouts and with the till. I guided customers to the location of the particular item that they were looking for or would inquire about.

I am currently pursuing a certificate II in Hospitality at Coffee Club under the company ATO WorkSmart. I clean the establishment, I take orders, serve customers, make drinks/prepare desserts and wash dishes.
