My responsibilities included management and strategic planning, as well as business development, focusing on process automation, business analytics and technical consulting.Under my leadership, we successfully implemented several key initiatives:New accounting system: We developed and implemented a fully integrated accounting system that optimised the ordering and information management processes on the website.Service centre management system: To improve customer service, we developed and implemented a service centre management system that allowed us to effectively resolve customer queries and complaints.- Customer loyalty programme: We have developed and implemented a loyalty programme to help attract and retain customers by providing privileges and discounts for regular customers.- Chatbot for our own delivery department: To facilitate communication with customers and optimise the delivery process, we implemented a chatbot that automated the processing of requests and provided prompt support.- DDOS protection system: We built and implemented an effective DDOS protection system that ensured the security and reliability of our online platforms.This period of my experience demonstrates my ability to manage and grow a business using innovative technologies and strategies to achieve success in the e-commerce industry.

Under my leadership for 13 years, from 2002 to 2015, Y.UA online store, formerly cyfra.com.ua, became one of the recognised leaders in the photographic and electronics market in Ukraine. Starting from scratch, we successfully built a multi-category store using e-commerce strategies and innovative marketing approaches.Our success has been based on our ability to adapt to the constant changes in technology and consumer demands to continuously improve our services and products. Under my leadership, we have been able to build an efficient team that has streamlined the store's operations, providing quality service to our customers.
