Supported Project teams in the planning and delivery of the Service Design and User Experience in selected Australian Investment Committee funded projects.I loved this role and as I got to sink my teeth into some challenging, meaty banking projects. After leaving NAB I gained Service Design experience in HRIS, CRM, NPS, core banking, operation transitions and business transformation.My memories include:• Facilitating large ideation workshops with different parts of the bank• Journey mapping the entire Mortgage application process (over 56 steps!)• Making my team wear chef hats while doing a Mystery Box design challenge• Planning and facilitating a Design Thinking program for high school girls• Running countless Journey Mapping workshops to evaluate the existing user experience against NAB’s Target CX• Creating a Customer Impact Assessment tool that forced Project teams to consider the user experience of their proposed solution• Making a cooking show video called "How to make Good Decisions for Customers”• Making a video series called MythBusters (original, I know) to help employees understand some of the myths surrounding core banking platforms• Having heated arguments with senior management on behalf of the user experience• Speaking for Soroptimist International • Being a lecturer at the University we made up called the University of Customer Centric Design• and all the snacks that came with running a workshop
