- Assist the senior manager in managing the team of 15 engineer- Make Daily report of work- Make Daily Activity report- Design Shift schedule for Engineers-On site Recruitment- Communicate with higher authorities of Adani -Manage Device Inventory-Make Call-log of faulty network switches (Cisco IE-3000,2960X,3750X,etc..)-Coordinate with vendor for Call-log- Resolving issue by continuous feedback from technical team- Deliver Efficient work to maintain all device properly- Make monthly report to pass bill- Lead the team and guide them towards their technical work- Manage all kind of administrative work - Divide task and prioritize them- Make target and motivate to achieve target

It was really an awesome experience to work with BEE. I have worked there in production part as well as testing and quality checking of LED bulb and LED street light ,Panel light. Also worked on project based on GSM which will used to control LED street light. In BEE I have also experienced of content writing. Since BEE has launched new product (LED bulb) named NIGHT SUN ,I also went for marketing as well.
