Reporting to the Finance Manager of Supply Chain, the role is responsible for partnering with the Head of RPC (Recycle Plastic Crate) business to manage daily business activity and reporting from finance area along with managing the transition of business to new outsourced partner CHEP.Responsibilities: Business partnering with Head of RPC and providing weekly updates on business performance via weekly and monthly P&L Managing costing via open book arrangement with 3rd party PACT group Providing tailor made reports to BDM for supplier performance and management. Providing budgets, forecast, quarter and yearly reporting to group finance Working with transition team and providing required business information to new out-sourced partner CHEP.Key achievements: Successfully managing transition with new out-sourced partner CHEP and providing business insights for smooth transition on go-live date (July,2020) Partnering with business development team and got around $3m capex business cases approved in record time to manage supply and demand.
