About Vy Chu

I am a Biomedical Engineering student at Texas A&M University with a minor in Mathematics. I am currently an undergraduate research assistant in the Computational Cardiovascular Bioengineering Lab. My research project involves modeling the activities of the lungs and heart into differential equations and solve them using programming to assess the effect of lung inflammation on cardiovascular functions. I also serve as the Head of Recruitment for Sling Health, a student-led MedTech incubator that brings together students from many disciplines to cultivate the next generation of medical technology innovators and entrepreneurs.
