I discovered my passion for online marketing and web design in September 2010, after landing a part-time marketing job at a small IT firm in Beaumont, Texas. It didn't take long for me to realize that I had found my niche. With no formal training I jumped in with both feet and never looked back. I single-handedly created and managed their marketing projects including the company website, blog, social media presence, TV commercials, a radio show and print media.In 2011 I started my own business. Every client I obtained was through my website and social media pages. I never had to make a sales call. The people found me, I didn't have to find them.A year later while meeting with a client to discuss her marketing and technology needs, I joined her company as their Marketing Manager. While working there, I stepped under the CEO's wing and grew with the company. When the company's need for an IT Department became apparent, I designed and managed their network utilizing my Cisco Networking Certification.In addition to my marketing and online media experience, I like to think of myself as a quick learner and a go-getter, especially when it comes to what I'm passionate about. If I don't know how to do something I will figure it out and get it done, by any means necessary. I also enjoy creating new ways to brand companies, and helping them achieve their marketing goals. I am of the mindset that every business has a story, and it's my job to help them tell it to the world.
