A dynamic and effective development professional with an episodic career (having lived in eight countries and worked in many others) generally for large scale project based contracts. This has given me extensive international experience; directing or managing in a senior capacity - strategy, planning, design and construction teams usually for the owners, developers or multi-disciplined consultants. Although I have owned my own company for many years i am now looking for a stable place to apply my skill sets and help the next generation of design and development professionals.Throughout my career I have specialized in tourism based projects including: resort & hospitality; location based entertainment & casino; sport & recreation, cultural & heritage; mixed use retail (with entertainment) and luxury residential.I have extensive design, project management and directory as well as business development skill sets and have been complimented on my exceptional presentation, interpersonal, communication, motivational, organizational, client service and reporting skills (both written and oral).
