Projects:EPCIC for the Integrated Requirement of SPS and SURF for NELP KG-DWN 98/2ResponsibilitiesConducting Kick off meeting with Client as well inter disciplinary project management team.Preparing planning package & project deliverables for EPC Project.EPC Integrated Project schedule development in Primavera P6 for planning package.Preparation of DCI & MCI with the support of engineering discipline.Defining the critical path and critical path activities of the project.Resource loading, preparation of Manhour histograms, and S-Curve for each discipline and for overall project according to the schedule.Developing Progress measurement measures for overall project deliverables.Estimating the Material, Manpower and Cost requirements for the Project.Identifying LLI’s, Critical and Non-critical procurement items. Development of procurement register and tracking with the support of procurement team and reporting to all stake holders.Monitoring engineering and procurement activities by coordinating with corresponding disciplines & ensuring deliverables at yard as per fabrication requirement.Monitoring progress of fabrication, identifying the variances & asking rates and suggesting the recovery plans for ensuring the timely delivery of fabrication deliverables. Preparation of Weekly Progress report and Monthly progress report and submitting the same to the client.Updating project schedule in Primavera/MSP and identify variance against project baseline.Preparation of recovery plan for the delayed work packages.Preparation of Project monitoring sheets ,EPC Project trackers & Presentations and issues the same to internal Project Management team.Identifying punch points and conducting close-out meetings.Coordinating with contracts department on issues and strategies related to variations, EOT and disputed claims.Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained from the client.
