I coauthored a paper elucidating a link between the severity, stage and progression of a given patient's cancer and the presence of key immune biomarkers in their tumor tissue samples including RoRgT, perforin, beta-catenin, granzyme activity, tryptase activity, degranulation, mast cell recruitment and other markers.
