Job Duties-Greeting and welcoming customer-Understanding customer concern-Checking the vehicle for complaints-Explaining the work that needs to be done to the customers-giving a cost estimate for the works to be done-Directing the mechanic to do the works-Inform customer about additional works if any-Checking the bike after service to see whether complaints are rectified-Deliver the bike at promised time-
