Roles and responsibilities:* Driving process improvement and risk mitigation projects.* Escalation management.* Handling Dive deep requests for the process, root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective and preventive measures. * Writing executive write ups to the leadership/VP. * Conducting regular FMEA for all the processes in the restricted products compliance team.* Publishing weekly business report.* Regular communication with stakeholders and legal team to flag the updates.* Act as a bridge between different processes in order to fix the gap or solve any recurring issues.

*Responsible for conducting team huddle & roll out the updates to the whole Team before/after their shifts. And address team on disciplinary and integrity issues and situational feedbacks whenever required.* Manage reports like Quality data, Weekly review, SLA misses.* Mentoring and training new joiners.* Building SOPs for new launches and complex processes.* Process improvement initiatives on quality and productivity and other ad hoc activities like work allocation, business reports, escalations.* Connecting with legal and stakeholders to simplify the process.* Respond to stakeholders with guidance and flag any updates.
