I embarked on a mindfulness path after the loss of my father. Since then I've deepened my practice and have shared mindfulness with teens and young adults to healthcare providers to seniors in the community and at UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center. My path led me to desire to open more doorways to mental health awareness and self-compassion. I am very curious about the integration of the Psychedelic Assisted Therapy field with mindfulness practices. I have led the University Outreach and also AAPI Outreach to support the TREAT CA Initiative.
