ChinaPnR is a payment company. We provide online, traditional POS aquiring service and value-add financial services to our 800k merchants all around China. We process 700 billion RMB payment transactions annually. Our businesses are heavily relying on robust IT systems.As CIO, I'm accountable for all IT related areas. Consolidated data analysis and report generation into one department using big data and advanced data analysis technologies from around 500M records- Established full SDLC processes and unified measurement. Reduced project launch failure from 40% to <8% while keeping the productivity slightly up.- Refreshed the legacy systems with state-of-the-art architectures and technologies- Enhanced the system stability by reducing 90% of unscheduled downtime- Grew transaction processing capacity by 500% to meet the fast growing business needs- Established information security department. Apart from internal audits, ensured 100% success rate of security and compliance check by various regulatory bodies.- Established IT service management department, serving more than 1000 employees around China on their daily office automation needs (desktop, laptop, email, office suites, CRM, BPM, etc)

Started-up one of SunGard’s Global Solution Center in China from the scratch in 2007 to 140+ employees. I managed all aspects of the operations, including product engineering, shared services and back-office operations.
