It was a renovation project to upgrade the hotel, from three stars to five stars. At the same time, the hotel operator was changed. The client was changed to '5 star Hyatt Hotel' instead of ‘3 star Crowne Plaza', as of hotel operator.The project is surrounded by 4 streets on four sides. The total built-up area is 56,000 m2. Three basement floors are used for parking spaces and hotel services. The height of the tower is about 123 meters above the ground.The development will be the only Hyatt Hotel in Riyadh, which will comprise a single tower with 257 guest rooms distributed over28 floors with two technical floors, and a podium accommodating a banquet hall, a health care center, a business center, specialist restaurants, and a tennis court.
