Since 1999, I’ve been working as program consultant and trainer in the MENA region. I’ve conducted several workshops to implement Urban Observatories in collaboration with the Arab Towns Organization for municipalities in Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Syria, and Morocco. I worked with youth and women on several issues, including training on Election Campaigns, Municipal work, Communications and Advocacy. With NDI, I developed and delivered training for parties, elected officials, candidates and activists in the MENA region and managed local and regional programs. In addition to political workshops, I developed and delivered advocacy and policy development trainings. Through my work with BCI, I am supporting different programs including training and coaching advocates living and working in conflict zones, and providing strategic and management guidance to civil society organizations in addition to conducting and analyzing public opinion and research studies.I am co-founder and executive director of ONDES, local NGO, working on inclusive politics, citizens' engagement, community activism and local governance. I am also a board advisory member in the Foundation for global Human Dignity.Elected Council Member at Sin El Fil municipality from 2004 until 2010; I was responsible of the Local Urban Observatory, the municipal office for local development and member of the public cultural center committee. In 2016, I was reelected and I was president of the committee of local development and culture. In 2018, I ran for the parliamentary elections on the change movements' list in Maten district.
