Graduated with a master's degree in management, I have been working for Telelangue since the begining of 2020. Working as technical and commercial support to eBerlitz international teams and distributors France, I got the opportunity to give the support to our international partners with their sales projects, and set up our e-learning linguistics solutions for their worldwide key accounts. Therefore, I have experience in projects management, in contacts with international clients to understand their needs, and also in the product and services support before during and after sales.Diplômée d’un master en management, je travaille depuis début de 2020 chez Telelangue, en tant que support technique et commercial aux équipes internationales de eBerlitz et aux distributeurs de France. Pendant ces années, j’ai l’opportunité d’accompagner nos partenaires dans leurs différents projets de vente, et mettre en place nos solutions linguistiques à leurs clients internationaux. J’ai donc acquis des compétences dans la gestion des projets, dans la recherche des besoins du client et également dans le support produit et service avant, pendant et après vente.

  En tant que coordinateur des projets internationaux, je suis en relation avec nos partenaires globaux afin de les accompagner dans leurs différents projets de vente de nos solutions linguistiques. Je réalise des formations sur l’usage de SaaS (platform e-learning, platform de commande, platform de reporting) à nos partenaires internationaux.J'assure le support technique aux utilisateurs de nos solutions digitales.Working in International customer support, I am in contacts with worldwide Partners to support them with their differents sales projects, and to put our e-learning solutions to their key accounts.I organise trainings on SaaS platforms (e-learning platform, ordering platform, reporting platform).I provide technical support to our digital solutions users from all around the world.
