Retail Operations Specialist with a strong background in the retail industry. My focus is to optimize store operations and elevate customer experience through operational efficiency and team management, having achievements such as:-Opening of three stores in Ecuador with 100 trained staff and no prior leave from performance training according to weekly feedback and follow up by me in the 10 weeks of training in Mexico and Colombia. Doubling the sales budget in the first 6 months over budget from $36K to $72K, thus being able to advance the fourth store to 2023 and introducing for the first time in a non-comparable store against last year the sale of Designer Collection (Mugler x HM) in the Flagship store.-First Repair and Remake station in Ecuador, managing staff for training and launch process, as well as monthly sales follow-up with the Swedish team to promote more stations. Staff training and follow up creating three new positions, as well as managing the interviewing, hiring and training process for staff.January -Nov 45 fixes represented 3% of weekly sales of a concept with 15% monthly growth and also supporting the creation of new site in Spanish for new repair and remake.-Opening of 35 stores, 2 Flagship Stores (Madero and Quicentro (Quito).-As head of Indoor Window, Latam achieved a 30% increase in sales in the Children's department for Mexico and Colombia annually and a 12% growth of the collection over annual purchases.Team management is one of my passions, and I have had the privilege of leading and training highly motivated teams to meet and exceed established goals.
